Gateway to Understanding the Civil War and its Aftermath
Help me give my students the ability to experience the past through the eyes of a young soldier during the civil war and learn about the lasting effects of slavery through post war events and ingrained racism.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
