Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The chart paper, poster board, and the markers will allow for students to create captivating visual charts to demonstrate their knowledge of the material as they prepare for the end of the school year. The highlighters will allow for students to continue to build upon their skills of annotations as they continue to learn skills that will help them in their future education and careers. Sometimes students do not have pens and pencils, and these new ones will allow for students to not stress about having the items, as they will be able to take a pen or pencil and continue on with what they need to do in order to be successful.

My goal for this project is to provide my students with the materials that will enhance their learning and make them excited to create the visual material as the school year comes to an end.

Any support will be greatly appreciated, as I always tell my students to be the reason someone smiles.
