Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I will be using these supplies to encourage creative play and imaginative thinking in the classroom. The cash register and worker costumes will introduce new dimensions of play which allow for more opportunities to learn about the real world, shapes, numbers and math. The sheets will also ensure that every child is able to nap comfortably in case they forget to bring a blanket.

My main goal for this project is to spice up the classroom environment.

In order to keep the children active and engaged, it will be very helpful to have a refreshing classroom that tugs at children's curiosity and invites them to learn in the most exciting way possible. This is possible with the help of resources and new materials that challenge their brains to grow and develop.
