My Project

My goal is to ensure that students have their basic needs met so that the most meaningful learning can occur. I love being able to give my students snacks when I know they are hungry. This is something small I can do to ensure my students feel like they are ready to learn and engage.

Making sure my classroom is clean is one of my top priorities.

Since I am a resource room teacher, I don't get any donations and as a first year teacher, this can get expensive. My school does not always have cleaning supplies for teachers to use in their classroom so often times I just rely on the custodial staff who do as much as they can, but I would love to be able to do more.
