My Project

My students with disabilities are in a self-contained classroom. They are bright and need lots of differentiation to support their learning. Adding Virtual Reality to our classroom will engage students to a new level, spark curiosity, expand thinking, and add an interactive, dynamic experience.

My students are curious and love to learn; what a wonderful thing if they'd be able to visit and interact with the places that they read about in science and social studies!

We will use the Meta Quest 2 to (virtually) travel the world, visit museums and different ecosystems, visit historical landmarks, participate in reenactments of pivotal moments in history like the American Revolution, travel through the human body, dissect plants, and the list goes on!
