My Project

The items in this project will make the difference in my students learning how to cook, clean, deal with money and communicate with others when they are out in their community, on their own and as they are moving through their educational journey.

The goals with this project is to have the supplies to show my special education students how to safely cook, clean and work with money on a daily basis.

These items will help with my students communication skills by asking questions to other teachers about what kind of coffee they would like and how they would like to pay for their coffee or tea. My students are always willing to put their best foot forward and step out of their comfort zone to learn new skills that will help them all through life. The pots and pans will ensure that the students are learning how to cook with great products and that the other people are eating good food.
