Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

PE is already fun, but add a twist and some nice equipment, and PE can be taken to the extreme! How you may ask? Well, consider how fun a normal game like volleyball is... then imagine how fun it would be with a giant Ultralite 48" ball! You are no longer playing volleyball -- you are playing Megaball! And the great thing is that the same ball can be used for multiple activities. Change the game and add a twist and students are playing giant soccer on scooters! Not extreme enough for you? How about Monster Ball -- the ultimate team throwing game where students launch dodgeballs at the monster ball to propel it in the opposite direction towards the opposing team. These are just a few examples, but the impact that equipment can have on students is tremendous and the opportunities it provides are almost limitless. I am asking for your help in purchasing equipment so that I can push my students to the extreme in PE!
