This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

These noise-canceling headphones are vital in the learning process of my students. Since most of my students are sensitive to noise, having these headphones available will enhance their engagement in learning.

We currently share one pair between students and have seen the difference it makes in most students.

Our students will learn more effectively without having to worry about excess sound or their peers being too loud in and out of the classroom.

To make sure my students reach their academic potential, their sensory needs must be met first. This project will reinforce students to self-regulate and stay engaged in learning.
