My Project

Remember enjoying science chemistry kits at home or playing board games with family and friends? As a STEM teacher, I am always looking for good tools to engage kids creatively and increase problem-solving skills.

However, this year, I am also realizing the need to blend STEM with social-emotional learning; kids need to learn how to cooperate, puzzle, and play together.

To be successful in a STEM profession, students will need to learn skills to interact and work with others effectively. Our world needs citizens that are kind, can work together, and can solve big problems. I am hoping to re-enliven our classroom and obtain supplies that are not often affordable or available in a rural small school with a small budget. Please help our kids learn these skills through fun, "back-to-basics" skills.

We need Multiplication Charts, flashlights, board games and storage boxes.
