My Project

I work in the Student Support Center at my school. Our role in The SSC is comparable to a fire fighter. We assist staff and students in many aspects throughout the school day. Many of our interactions involve dysregulated students but sometimes we get to give Rewards. During such a reward time I love getting the students to build something with Legos.

Building with Legos is great hand-eye coordination, imagination expansion as well as teamwork building.

It helps students follow directions and explore in a fun educational way without realizing they are being educated.
