My Project

Our school district has innovative learning through technology, using online programs such as Lexia and iReady. Having class headphones allow my students to listen to educational content at their own pace, and rewind or pause as needed to better understand the material.

My class is full of students who strive to learn.

As young learners, they need easy access to their first experiences with technology. Our students are excited and eager about learning, and can be easily distracted by outside stimuli. This project will provide the scaffolding needed to prepare them for technology driven school and world experiences.

My goal for this project is to give all my students working headphones which will allow them to focus on their work and minimize any classroom distractions which in turn, increases student engagement with the applications they are using. I always strive to create an optimal learning environment.
