Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We all know how kids learn with games. My kiddos this year have really enjoyed card and biard games. After working hard Monday thru Thursday, oftentimes on Friday we continue the learning but with games.

My students are English language learners and will often try more and feel more comfortable answering in a game format.

When we make it fun and no risk they excel. They are great at helping each other and they don't make fun of each other for trying because they are all English Learners learning together.
