Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Using the various animal habitat backdrops and jumbo sized animal group figures students will be able to feel like they are in the different habitats. The animal games will encourage collaborative learning. Masks will encourage students to act out and report about animals they learn about that make homes in the different habitats. Stem building materials will have students engaged as they build shelters for animals. Pouches and cardstock will help to create handson activities and centers. Students will use different leveled books to research habitats and animals to present projects to reading buddies.
