My Project

In this request I have included two standing desks which will help some of our students who struggle with staying seated to be able to move and learn at the same time. I have included snacks as well which will benefit my middle schoolers to not have to worry about being hungry, but allowing them to snack and work to keep their brains going. I have also included some games to support collaborative work and calming strips to work on anxiety techniques and deep breathing skills.

The goal of this project is to help students feel comfortable both physically and emotionally to support the best learning possible.

As an educator the importance of each students mental health is key, and having them know there is a place for a snack and talk if you need it, or the calming strips to help with breathing techniques to support new strategies during frustration.

My students are a group of hard workers who are truly capable of learning and growing into amazing citizens who will make a large impact on their community and their world! When each student is given a comfortable learning environment their growth will skyrocket!
