Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students love to learn! I love science and I want my students to develop their own love for science through hands-on exploration whenever possible! Not every household can manage the supplies needed for our students throughout the school year.

I've provided much of the items they need myself, however, your support will put us over the top and put every student on an equal footing regardless of financial challenges!

That way, everyone wins TOGETHER!

The purpose of my project is to help provide them three things: first, snacks because my students should never be hungry, and if they are, I want them to have a healthy yet enjoyable snack option. Secondly, headphones because they help my students to concentrate and focus while using intervention software so they can level up in reading and math! Lastly, hands-on activities help increase interest and motivation for my science students! Often, students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. Thank you for supporting our classroom!
