Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The items being requested will make a difference with the students learning because it will allow them to be remain at school when in need of care. I will be able to supply them with the care needed and allow them to return to class instead of having a parent come and pick them up.

The goals for this project will be to have an area that is not only safe, but organized with all the supplies needed in one location when there's a need for it.

The diabetic medication can be stored in the fridge, for as needed, and allow me access in my office instead of the main office where it's being stored at the moment. As a nurse, I not only provide the students with medical care, but nutritional and hygiene items are needed as well, to meet their needs.

My students are special because I service all of them, and they all have different needs. From medical needs, hygiene needs, emotional needs, and love/care/nurturing! I love what I do, and having this project completed and fulfilled will allow me the opportunity to do what I love even better.
