Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Hello and thank you for your interest in my project.

In this project, I have include some classroom essentials that I am running low on.

I included some regular pencils and also some red pencils. I have been letting the students swtich papers and grade each others work, and I think they would get a kick out of using a red pencil to do so. I have also included small group sets of some easy reader books. My lower achieving readers always want to do read alouds, and I am low on the easy readers with multiple sets. I have also included calming strips. I have been seeing them online, and instead of my students picking at my dry erase circles on the table, I could put these on the table for them to play with.
