This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Polish and English coloring books in this PreK Dual Language project will provide our students with fine motor and literacy activities. The Spring coloring books contain pictures of items they will see during the season of Spring. The vocabulary words for these Spring items are in Polish and English.

Reading has a profound impact on a child's development in areas such as language, social skills, emotional development, and cognitive abilities.

The vocabulary in these coloring books will help students with their reading and writing skills.

The materials in this PreK project will encourage the students to understand new vocabulary in their two languages of English and Polish. The coloring pages will help students develop their fine motor skills and get them ready for writing in Kindergarten.
