This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

While being a first year teacher, I am starting new with anchor charts. I want to provide my students with a rich environment that provides them with constant reminders of the curriculum that we have learned throughout the year. In order to create these anchor charts, I have been in need of paper and markers to achieve this goal.

I have been laminating a lot of projects to reduce paper waste and allow students to use expo markers on these sheets.

These are used for sight words, math problems, sentence stems, ELA intervention. When it comes to creativity, I provide students with multiple means to demonstrate their creativity. Construction paper is one tool students use to show their creativity.
