This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Please consider donating to my classroom of 24 students who are working on building their reading fluency and confidence as readers! These book bags will allow students to take their reading materials with them wherever they go. They will be filled with leveled books as well as any reading manipulative they might need or want.

With the flexibility of being able to bring their materials with them wherever they go, these book bags will help students stay organized and be proud of the books they’ve collected that they can read independently!
