My Project

With these heart rate monitors we can take Workout Wednesdays to a whole other level.

Every week, my students participate in Workout Wednesday which is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), a brief, quick-paced form of exercise.

My goal for this is to teach them the benefits of a good exercise routine such as improving cardiorespiratory fitness, building strong bones and muscles, controlling weight, and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Heart rate monitors are essential tools in physical education as they provide real-time data on students' exertion levels, helping educators tailor activities to individual fitness levels and goals while promoting a safe and effective workout environment.
