Help me give my students the best teaching that they can get if the teacher has all the needed technology for the discussions and presentations.

Our school is listed on the national historical registry, and as such is old and in much need of repair. These repairs began in August 2023 with the removal of all old piping and our unreliable boiler-fired heat and cooling. As a result, a large part of our staff was moved to an even older elementary school adjacent to our main campus. We are an inner-city school that serves a one-hundred percent under-represented minority population. After conducting a learning style inventory, I discovered that the vast majority of my students are visual learners. To complicate the matter even further, beginning with the pandemic many of these children have not had a certified math teacher.
The technology requested will be used in an each one teach one lesson format were students will display their own method of solving complex mathematics equation.
Advanced Math classes like Algebra 3 require students to see the step-by-step process and the solutions to the equations in real time.
I am currently teaching an upper-level Algebra class without a working smart board or even a chalk board or whiteboard. I am asking for your help to purchase an apple pencil and an keyboard to help me and my students model the step-by-step process in solving complex algebraic equations.
