My Project

I have a classroom full of wonderful preschool students. I teach in a Native American school. We are focusing on revitalizing culture and helping to infuse the Ojibwe language throughout our school day. We are working on learning numbers, colors, and shapes in Ojibwe. The new materials will help us to learn this language. The class is excited to learn and play with each other. Help me provide my students with new materials to keep them excited about learning!

I am asking for aprons, dishes, locks, gems, pebbles, and light table pegs.

With these materials, the students will be able to pretend to be chefs and cooks in the dramatic play area. They will learn numbers and letters by playing with the lock and key sets. They will get to explore colors and patterns with the new peg light table sets . They will get to create new master pieces with the gems . All of these materials will be used daily in the classroom . The materials will be put out in the different centers around the room . My class, this year, loves to create and learn . They get so excited when we have new materials to use . Thank you for helping to fund this project !
