Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students enjoy sitting in a relaxing space while editing their work or during down time. While students enjoy this, it can be costly to keep the area cleaned and disinfected as Covid funding has ended. We would like supplies to maintain this area and ensure all students can enjoy. The additional supplies would allow students to sanitize after every use. The additional saucer chairs for seating will allow more students to utilize the space. Providing this seating and space for students will encourage more reading and create a calm experience for the students in my class.
