This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am a 5th grade teacher covering all content areas. My students are amazing people, and I love their big ideas. They have been working hard this school year to see their dreams come true. The supplies I have requested to support my classroom will help my students in having the things that are necessary to be successful. They need composition books for journal writing in both ELA & Math. E we also are in need of basic supplies such as paper towels, and tissues. The supplies will help keep our areas clean and reassure them that they are cared for and their education matters. My goal for this project is to have an inclusive classroom where my students feel loved and supported.
