This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The specific items I am requesting would make a difference in their learning by allowing them a chance to use different textures and paint to create their art pieces. We are limited to copy paper and pencils when it comes to creating. I would like to introduce different supplies and supply them with items that will help to continue to explore and express their art in different ways.

Art opens different doors for the students to express feelings, thoughts, or just explore thier imginations.

These supplies would provide them with that chance to build on their experiences.
