I am thrilled to present a proposal that not only enhances our middle school classrooms but also places a spotlight on racial representation and inclusion. My goal is to create an environment where every student feels seen, valued, and celebrated.

Introduce board games that celebrate diverse cultures, promoting understanding and empathy. From games highlighting historical achievements to those showcasing different languages, playtime becomes a culturally enriching experience. This ensures every student's story is mirrored and celebrated.

3. Snack Diversity: Nourishing Minds with Taste:

Our snack initiative extends beyond nutrition, embracing culinary diversity. Introduce snacks that showcase the rich tapestry of global cuisines, turning snack time into a celebration of different cultures.
