We established the Panther Care Closet in 2022. It contains hygiene products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Students are welcome to come "shop" and are given a gift bag or name brand store bag so they can take the items with pride. We encourage them to take toothbrushes and products for younger siblings or other family members as well. We have even sent a care package of items to an elementary school for a family in need.
We started with a variety of care products for the diverse population of students that we teach.
We have since almost run out of supplies for certain hair/skin types and have been asked for care/styling products that we did not have on hand. In order for all of our students to look and feel their best, we would like to order a variety of products that will help fill in these gaps. We know that students who feel good about their appearance are in a better place to learn! Thanks for any support you can offer---even positive thoughts!
