Help me give my students STEM activities. Help the little hands discover new learning with different STEM activities and tools. Get them engaged in learning with hands on experiences.
With STEM being a big part of the education system we would love to get more STEM items into the classrooms and into the hands of our little learners. The main users of these items would be our preschool- second graders. A few of these items will also be used to help students when they are talking with the counselors.
We know that students learn best with hands-on experiences.
STEM allows for hands on learning to happen. Putting resources like Magna-Tiles, LEGOS and Stem kits in our room will give students the chance to use their hands and be creative with their minds.
We are a rural school with a fairly high percentage of families who have a low economic status. We are always trying to give our students the most up to date learning and hands-on experiences. We have some good STEM activities for our older students but would love to build our STEM activities for our little ones.
