My Project

The easel that I am requesting will be used to hang anchor charts and display additional math materials. In our classroom, we are currently running out of free whiteboard space. With this easel there will be more access for students to see the materials.

I plan to have my morning message written on this board each morning when the students enter the classroom.

This board will also be used during math time each day to display the anchor chart that is relevant to that days lesson. Then during our writing workshop I can have our reading response sentence starter written on the board for students to copy or use. This white board will also be an essential spot for me to display information during our writing lessons. For example, students often want words spelled for them or sentence starters written on the board to help inspire their work.
