My Project

I teach 6th grade intensive students. My students come with a ball of energy each and every day. Fidgets and flexible seating are an important addition to any classroom and mine is lacking in options for my students. I want to provide each student with a flexible option for each of their seats. Most of my students tend to need a fidget to make it through each lesson. By having a variety of options my students will be able to get more work completed. Studies have shown that students that are allowed to fidget while working tend to be more successful within the classroom. Some fidgets help with sensory needs too. But, the sequence walls are a key factor in meeting multiple students needs.
