My Project

My students all have severe to profound disabilities. Please, help me to meet the educational, sensory, and communication needs of my students through technology.

How do you teach behavioral students with cognitive impairments, communication deficits, extensive sensory needs, and a tendency to escalate during instruction With help from generous donors!

The durable and colorful 8 communication buttons will help my non-verbal students to learn to communicate The Shusher will keep my kiddos calm so they can learn. The visual timer watch would be a dream come true. Instead of lugging he hand held or wall visual timer, I could always have the all important visual timer handy, and unlike my other visual timers, I would not have to worry about this one getting thrown across the room. The electronic soothing cat would allow me to teach my students to be gentle with small animals. The oral stimulating brushes would allow my students to meet their sensory needs so that they can focus on instruction and work demands.

Thank you for helping supply my sweet students with instructional technology in this STEM project for their unique and special needs .
