Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Many of my scholars that struggled with learning this year have made some type of growth and are more comfortable contributing to their learning process. Our school has a school wide incentive plan but unfortunately, students don't always get their items in a timely fashion.

These candy bars, and other delectables will be incentives that will be used to jumpstart my own PBIS store in the classroom for my students.

They will be able to purchase these items using points that they have earned throughout the day and/or week given by myself and other staff. This will help motivate them to continuously reach and obtain particular goals.
