My Project

I work with a fun group of special needs students who love experiencing life! Their best learning opportunities and enjoyment come through multisensory experiences and peer interaction. We would love more accessible games for our students who are in alternative equipment to improve quality of life, health, and participation in gym class and other gross motor activities with their friends, family and staff members.

There are many everyday games that are difficult for our students to enjoy because they do not have the access or the gross motor capabilities to participate in.

The giant Jenga and Connect 4 games will allow our students a unique opportunity to play with their peers.
