Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My classroom is in need of supplies to keep us clean and healthy. We ask parents to supply hand soap, paper towels, tissues and Lysol wipes in the beginning of the year. This winter came and we ended up using up the majority of our tissues for colds, Lysol wipes to clean the tables and desks, and hand soap for scrubbing our hands.

I would love to replenish our necessary supplies to keep us healthy for the remaining year.

My students are great at using the tissues when they have a runny nose or allergies. It is March, and allergy season will be here any day. Every Friday, we clean out our desks, and sanitize them so we are ready to start fresh and clean for the week on Monday. My students will be so grateful for the cleaning supplies and tissues for their noses.
