My Project
I am writing to request funding for a project aimed at promoting kindness and inclusivity within our school community. Our project seeks to create a positive and supportive environment where students can connect and foster healthy relationships.
We intend to set up designated areas in the patio where students can participate in various activities that promote kindness to self and others.
One station will be to create kindness cards that will be delivered to peers on campus. We already have what we need for this station, aside from the metallic markers requested. A second station will include supplies to create magnets with positive affirmations that students can hang in their lockers. The clear globe rocks, affirmation stickers, glue, and cardstock punchouts will be used to create these magnets. Our final station will have spin-the-wheels (which we already have) that will challenge students to perform various acts of kindness to earn a small prize. We will only need candy prizes for this station. The storage containers will help me organize and store our supplies.
